Return policy

At Lyviee customer satisfaction is our top priority, every customer has 30 days from the date of delivery to return items in exchange for a store credit in the form of a Lyviee gift card. To be eligible for a refund, return request must be accepted within 7 days of delivery date.  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges.

To initiate a refund you can contact us at info@lyviee.com and allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return or appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged will be ineligible for refund.

Returns will be processed within 5-7 days after your items are delivered to us.

Shipping Fees:

You will be responsible for your own shipping fees, they are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
